Unified SCC plugin doesn't provide source control client
functionality itself. It only provides interface between IDE and
the native source control client application. If appropriate source
control client is not present, it's necessary to download and
install it.
If source control client was installed to the default location, the
path to the entry file will be detected automatically. Otherwise,
it's necessary to specify path to the source control client entry
file (svn.exe or cvs.exe) manually.
